Did anyone go/is anyone planning to go to this? The numbers almost work, and when the numbers almost work, that invariably means there is something wrong with the building, the location or the deal.

Seriously, it’s so annoying when they do that, i.e. East Williamsburg = Bushwick. I give it year before they’re calling trying to call Nostrand Ave Prospect Heights too.
I live right around there, and the block can still be a bit sketch, expecially after dark. Good luck finding a decent grocery store, too.
how can a “2-family” house have “3 rental units”? they wouldn’t be encouraging a violation of the certificate of occupancy would they?
