“How many NYPD Traffic Cops does it take to tow a car? Three. And even then, it took over an hour.”

“What a complete and utter waste of city resources. This car was parked in front of a pedestrian crosswalk, and the city always tows these cars away [True - the spot is a major towing-revenue boondoggle - Ed.]. This morning, however, they couldn’t figure out how to disengage the parking brake on this VW wagon…“
