About the Stray Cat Colony in the Lot at Dean & Vanderbilt

Leozoeypiper writes: “I think that all of the adults but one have been spayed/neutered. The sterilized cats have an ear tip so that they can easily be identified. The kittens are on our list to trap … we hope to get them soon. We do not have fosters available (we have tried …) for them so we have to wait until they are old enough to be spayed/neutered before trapping them. Please let us know if you would be interested in helping. We need more volunteers since we are finding more and more cats and kittens in our area that need our help every day.” More info in the Prospect Heights Message Boards

Is this site confidential? I think someone released my cat into the colony, and I’d like to get her back. I have posted pictures and crawled through the undergrowth there, both day and night (I had to have a driver hoist me over the iron fence). I’ve called shelters. Any advice would be deeply appreciated.
